A patient can collect their blood sample by bringing the sclero-smart™️ kit to a doctor's office, hospital lab or local blood draw center. This map contains some (not all) independent blood draw labs that are available to draw blood for tests like sclero-smart™.  

 

Blood draw service fees are collected at the time of service and not included in the cost of sclero-smart™.  If you would like to use a blood draw location not indicated on this map, please reach out to them beforehand to ensure they take outside lab kits.
